OHA Top 10

The top 10 reasons for becoming a part of the Okanagan Hockey Academy:

  1. Penticton High was ranked as one of the top high schools in Western Canada.
  2. Last semester, 90% of OHA players were on the honor roll.
  3. Access to top-notch academic programs including college and SAT prep courses in a school with $55 million dollars recently completed.
  4. Best coaching and instruction available of any private hockey program, by former NHL players with Junior and Pro coaching experience.
  5. Players receive 4 - 5 practices per week, as well as 50+ games from September to May.
  6. 100% of the transportation is provided as driving is not permitted by OHA players.
  7. Exposure and opportunities to Junior and Pro levels including OHA's junior A and B programs.
  8. Each team has their own strength and conditioning coach and athletic therapist.
  9. Teams play and train out of the new, 90-million dollar OHS Training Centre.
